  • You are responsible for evaluating any suggested compromise before accepting it

3. Agreement to Alternative Dispute Resolution (AAA)

By submitting a dispute to the Platform, all participating parties agree that:

If the parties are unable to reach a resolution using the Platform and choose to pursue formal dispute resolution, they will:

  1. First attempt mediation, and if unsuccessful,
  2. Proceed to binding arbitration

Both mediation and arbitration shall be conducted through:

The American Arbitration Association (AAA)

Additional Conditions:

  • The parties agree not to pursue litigation in court except where required by law or where arbitration is not enforceable.
  • Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with AAA rules applicable to the nature of the dispute.
  • The location (in-person or virtual) may be mutually agreed upon or determined under AAA rules.

4. Requirement to Submit Outcome and Feedback

If a dispute proceeds to mediation or arbitration outside the Platform, all participating parties agree that:

The final decision, settlement, or arbitration award will be submitted back to the Platform. The submission will include:

  • A summary of the final outcome
